HENAN Food Systems is a manufacturer of reliable and sophisticated equipment for the food and beverage industry. With our dedicated team we have a broad knowledge and experience in starch cooking and starch handling equipment. HENAN Food Systems is specialized in offering custom made solutions for different applications. We focus on jet cooking and enzymatic conversion for new applications and existing applications, for example to replace indirect heating systems by direct steam injection systems.
With our innovative technology we focus on the following applications in the market:
- Syrup production for custom made syrup profiles (maltodextrins, high maltose syrups, ET AL).
- Jet cooking for vegetarian/vegan applications.
- Biomass conversion - cooking and/or swelling of starch containing raw materials.
We have supplied several customized in-line jet cooking installations to customers in the Food as well as the Beverage Industry.
Our machinery operates with all starch and flour types (potato, tapioca, corn, wheat, rice, sorghum). For raw materials that are very difficult to handle we find good solutions to cook or swell them in-line.
